Description: On February 9, 2012 Plaintiff was lawfully standing at an intersection when PO Allen Ozersky and other unnamed officers aggressively approached and grabbed Plaintiff by the jacket without legal justification. POs then proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff but recovered nothing. Regardless, POs handcuffed Plaintiff and took him to the 5th Precinct. Though at no point did Plaintiff resist in any way, on arrival to the precinct POs intentionally pushed Plaintiff into a door, causing Plaintiff serious injuries including a laceration to his thigh/groin area that required treatment at the precinct by EMS and shortly after at a hospital, where he received 7 stitches.
