Description: On April 27, 2018, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Hakiem Perry was lawfully present at 2110 Newkirk Avenue, Brooklyn, when NYPD officers, including Detective John Antoniades and other John and Jane Doe defendants, unlawfully entered the premises. Despite having no reasonable suspicion or probable cause, the officers conducted a search of Perry and the surrounding area. The officers later claimed to have recovered a firearm from the location, but no contraband was found on Perry. Nevertheless, Perry was placed under arrest, handcuffed, and transported to a precinct where the officers provided false information to the Kings County District Attorney’s office. Complaint
Description: On March 31, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully sleeping inside her room when she was awakened by NYPD Officers. Antoniades and John Does ransacked Plaintiff's room, and destroyed Plaintiff's personal property. At the end of the raid, Plaintiff asked for the search warrant and the search warrant the Defendants exhibited to Plaintiff only had the name of Allen Gonzales. Defendants placed handcuffs on Plaintiff's hands even though they just had surgery. This caused Plaintiff's hands to turn purple and refracture.
