Description: On February 24, 2019, Plaintiff went to the precinct to pick up his properties that were seized from a previous BOLO traffic stop, as he was told that they were available for pick up by the defendant officers. When he arrived though, Instead of releasing his properties to him, defendant officers arrested Plaintiff and interrogated him asking him questions about other people and incidents. Plaintiff duly informed defendant officers that he was at the precinct to pick up his properties as agreed and Defendant officers in response assaulted Plaintiff forcibly grabbing, punching, pushing, pulling, kicking, and shoving him.
