Description: On November 2, 2017, outside of Borough Hall, Officer Safi and three unnamed officers apprehended Plaintiff Raysor. During the interaction, Plaintiff Raysor was beaten, punched, and assaulted by the officers. The officers then restrained Plaintiff Raysor and dragged her on the ground. She was falsely arrested and imprisoned without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Plaintiff was then charged falsely with trespass and disorderly conduct.

Description: On or about September 18, 2015, defendant NYPD officer Troy Ann Safi (Shield No. 02307), along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, grabbed, handcuffed (too tightly) and seized plaintiff in an excessive manner, including slamming him to the ground and placing a boot on his neck. Plaintiff sustained serious physical injuries as a result of this incident, as well as emotional injuries. Defendants also denied medical attention to plaintiff, and proceeded to maliciously prosecute him with a crime.
