Description: On May 29, 2013, the Defendant officers violently invaded the Plaintiffs’ home in Richmond County, NY, and falsely arrested each of them. Defendant officers awoke Plaintiff Stewart with a chokehold and headlock, forcefully grabbed him by the back of his neck, and repeatedly struck and punched Plaintiff Stewart in the jaw, face and body without cause or provocation.
