Description: On July 23, 2013, Plaintiff witnessed a car accident. He called 911, and seeing NYPD P.O. Brendan Dono, he asked the police officer if he knew of the accident. Dono cursed saying "how many people have to tell me about it", then grabbed Plaintiff's left forearm and thrust him against the patrol car. He then prepared false summons against Plaintiff. Police Officer Kristian Sorensen was present and did nothing.
