Description: On August 26, 2022, around 10:30 P.M., in the vicinity of Beach 46 Street and Beach Channel Drive plaintiff Tyrone Howell parked his car legally in the vicinity of his mother's house when several officers approached him and asked for his driver's license and registration. Plaintiff was legally allowed to drive. Plaintiff asked to leave his vehicle and he was given permission. Defendants accused Plaintiff of getting into an officers face. Plaintiff was grabbed around the waist and was shoved to the car. Plaintiff was hit in the groin area and shoved. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and handcuffed to a bar outside of a cell.
