Description: On or around January 24, 2018, plaintiff was being transported from a courtroom to a holding cell of a courthouse when NYPD employees, including Sergeant Yandeiry Urbanek, Captain Albert Isaac, Officer Christopher Vital, and Officer Whittaker Young, tightly handcuffed him and used excessive physical force. Despite plaintiff dislocating his shoulder, NYPD ignored plaintiff's requests for medical attention and proceeded to shove and kick him into a holding cell. Plaintiff was eventually transported to the Brooklyn Hospital Center medical facility.
