Description: On April 2017, Plaintiff was at 94-06 125th Street, South Richmond Hill, NY watching a parade with friends when he was approached by Deputy Inspector Deodat Urprasad, Sergeant Christopher Winiarz, Sergeant Kevin Bischoff, and other unnamed officers, JOHN DOE" #1-10. Without any legal justification, these officers entered the property and accused Plaintiff and two friends of having open alcohol containers. Plaintiff and his friends were arrested, handcuffed, and taken into custody, although they were not in possession of any open containers.
