Complaint
Description: On April 25, 2020, P.O. Christopher Indovino, along with unknown officers John Doe and John Roe, approached, stopped, grabbed, assaulted, and detained Plaintiff Paul Lumpkin with no legal justification. Mr. Lumpkin was subject to a strip search while in custody. He remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances until all charges were terminated favorably on April 30, 2021.
