Description: On March 1, 2023, plaintiff was arrested by the defendants. Plaintiff was driving when defendants stopped him, forced open the door, dragged him out of the vehicle and slammed his face against the side of the vehicle. They restrained him with extremely tight metal handcuffs and shackles and subjected him to an
unlawful pat-down search. He was then transported to a precinct, where he was fingerprinted, photographed and placed in a holding cell. Later, he was transported to a hospital, where he received treatment for his injuries while handcuffed and shackled to a hospital bed until he was transported back to the precinct.
