Description: On October 5, 2017, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Plaintiff was at 2125 Tiebout Avenue, Bronx, New York, when he was assaulted by Police Officer John Ortiz (Shield #7862) and other unidentified officers (John and Jane Does 1-10). Unnamed Officers (John and Jane Does 1-10) restrained Plaintiff during the incident.
