Summary

On May 30, 2019, at approximately 9:48 a.m., [redacted] left his home, located at [redacted] in the Bronx, and walked to [redacted] for a physical therapy appointment. When he exited the building, numerous uniformed and plainclothes officers ran towards him, pointing their guns at him (Allegation A -Force: Gun Pointed, [redacted]). Numerous officers allegedly instructed [redacted] to "get the fuck" onto the ground (Allegation B -Discourtesy: Word, [redacted]). [redacted] was arrested, charged with [redacted] (Board Review 01), and transported to the 46th Precinct stationhouse, where he requested medical treatment for issues regarding his heart. Sgt.
