Complaint
Description: On May 15, 2016 at about 1:34 AM, Plaintiff was inside a vehicle when NYPD Officer Guerdy Guerrier and an unknown female officer stopped Plaintiff for no reason. Without any reasoning or warrant, the officers arrested and handcuffed Plaintiff. At jail, Plaintiff was searched and deprived of all money and personal belongings. Plaintiff was eventually released after about spending a significant amount of time in custody. All criminal charges against Plaintiff were dismissed before the case went to trial.
