On August 13, 2022, at approximately 8:23 p.m., [redacted] was arrested for [redacted] on Baisley Boulevard and Merrick Boulevard, in Queens (Board Review 01). During the interaction, PO Joseph Olivero of the 113th Precinct, told [redacted] that he was "going to go in cuffs" if he did not back up (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Within NYPD Guidelines). PO Anthony Sparacio of the 113th Precinct, then pushed [redacted] (Allegation B: Force, Misc.-Subject Resigned). PO Sparacio told [redacted] to "back the fuck up" (Allegation C: Discourtesy, Misc.-Subject Resigned). PO Sparacio asked [redacted] girlfriend, [redacted] "Do you want to get locked up?" (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, Misc-Subject Resigned). [redacted] was then allegedly struck in the back of the head twice by an officer with an unknown object (Allegation E: Force, Unfounded). Sgt. Guerdy Guerrier of the 113th Precinct arrived on scene and told [redacted] that if she did not walk away, she would be taken to the 113th Precinct (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, Within NYPD Guidelines).
