On August 13, 2022, at approximately 8:23 p.m., [redacted] was arrested for [redacted] on Baisley Boulevard and Merrick Boulevard, in Queens (Board Review 01). During the interaction, PO Joseph Olivero of the 113th Precinct, told [redacted] that he was "going to go in cuffs" if he did not back up (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Within NYPD Guidelines). PO Anthony Sparacio of the 113th Precinct, then pushed [redacted] (Allegation B: Force, Misc.-Subject Resigned).
