Complaint
Description: On July 4 2022, NYPD Officer John Robert, Anthony Sparacio, and John and Jane Doe grabbed the Plaintiff and assaulted him. The assault comprised of punching him in the head, slamming him to the ground, kicking, and stomping on the Plaintiff resulting in multiple serious injuries. The Plaintiff was then unlawfully placed under arrest and taken to the Precinct where Officers initiated a malicious prosecution. The Plaintiff was unlawfully held and arraigned based on the malicious prosecution and false charges. All charges were dismissed on October 12 2022.
