Description: On September 12, 2019, Plaintiff was walking out of school on the corner of 53rd Street and 8th Avenue, in the County of New York. At that time there was a fight between unknown individuals. When the fight was broken up, the Plaintiff left the scene with his sister and friend and walked down the street. This is when Defendant NYPD officers confronted and assaulted the plaintiff. He was physically grabbed on his shoulder, they violently twisted his wrists behind his back, sprayed him in the face with mace, and picked up and slammed him on the ground.
