Description: On or about January 13, 2015 at or near 2920 8th Avenue in the city of NY at approximately 2:30 pm, Plaintiff was falsely arrested without probable cause by Defendants, NYPD officers. Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by Defendants. Defendants brought a prosecution with malice and in bad faith against Plaintiff without probable cause or justification causing Plaintiff to be incarcerated for approximately 12 days. As a result of Defendants actions, Plaintiff suffered painful and permanent injuries, physical injuries, psychological and emotional suffering, humiliation and embarassment.

Description: On August 4, 2013, Plaintiff was operating a motor vehicle in the vicinity of 136th St. and Fredericks Douglass Boulevard in Manhattan when Police Officers pulled over Plaintiff without just cause. Officers drew their firearms on Plaintiff and shouted derogatory and racially offensive remarks at Plaintiff. Officers pressed a gun barrel against the head of Plaintiff, pulled Plaintiff out of the vehicle, and then pushed and shoved Plaintiff causing Plaintiff to sustain serious personal injuries.
