Plaintiff was verbally assaulted and officers unlawfully searched plaintiff's pockets. Plaintiff claims that the defendant officers 'flaked' him by inserting an empty bag of cocaine in his pocket and falsely arrested him stating he had a criminal possession of a controlled substance.
