Description: On or about March 10, 2014 Plaintiff was driving herself and a friend to dinner when PO Damian Douglas, Desimone, Sargent Gaspari, and/or POs John and Jane Does 1-10 pulled, the car over, approached, and asked to see Plaintiff's paperwork. Plaintiff asked her friend to hand Plaintiff her driver's license but the friend incorrectly passed Plaintiff Plaintiff's military ID. Upon realizing the error PO Douglas became irritated and directed Plaintiff to exit the car. Plaintiff hesitated, unsure why she had been pulled over, then PO Douglas thew open the door, grabbed Plaintiff, and forcibly pulled her from the car.
