Description: On October 17, 2020, defendants, while acting in their official capacity as police officers, wrongfully and improperly detained and arrested Oksana Eremina (Plaintiff) at the vicinity of her residence. Defendants detained, arrested and filed an untrue and meritless arrest report with allegations unsubstantiated by probable cause. Plaintiff repeatedly advised defendants that there was no evidence of injury to the accuser Ginger Stebbins, and that in fact it was the Plaintiff that called 911 to arrest Ginger's alleged boyfriend Vincent Russo who had violently assaulted Plaintiff two days prior and caused her to seek treatment for her injuries in Coney Island Hospital.
