Description: On May 28, 2013, Plaintiff was walking on the street when NYPD Officers Sean Flanagan, stopped him for no reason, pointed a gun at his head, and threatened to shoot him if he did not get on the ground. Other NYPD Officers Frank Recca, Matthew Rosiello and others then repeatedly punched and kicked him in the face, back and neck. Despite injuries, they did not request medical assistance for the Plaintiff. The Officers then manufactured baseless charges, and Plaintiff was subject to false criminal proceedings.
