Description: On September 26, 2012, defendant police officers approached plaintiff and, without justification or provocation, attacked plaintiff viciously, beat him with their batons, fists and feet and slammed him onto the ground face first, stomped on him and continued to beat him. Defendants then arrested and dragged plaintiff to a waiting police car and transported him to the 75th precinct before transporting him to central booking. Defendants levied false charges of assault against a police officer on the plaintiff. Plaintiff was arraigned on September 27, 2012, and, several months later, his case was dismissed.
