On May 20, 2018, at approximately 8:30 p.m., [redacted] and her husband, [redacted] went to the 75th Precinct stationhouse to get a police escort to retrieve their second vehicle that was parked in the vicinity of Elton Street and Pitkins Avenue in Brooklyn. PO Anowar Hossain and PO Taylor Corcoran were assigned as police escorts. [redacted] and [redacted] drove to the location in their personal vehicle followed by PO Hossain and PO Corcoran in their police vehicle. Upon arriving at the location of [redacted] second vehicle, [redacted] saw that a crowd surrounded the vehicle. In fear for their safety, [redacted] and [redacted] drove back to the 75th Precinct stationhouse followed by PO Hossain and PO Corcoran.
At the 75th Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] and [redacted] asked PO Hossain why he did not take any police action to help her retrieve her vehicle. PO Hossain told [redacted] and [redacted] "They black, you black. You go talk to them and get your car back?" (Allegation A and B: Offensive Language, [redacted]).
