Description: That on August 29th, at approximately, 9:00 p.m., in the vicinity of 1222 Boynton Avenue, Bronx, NY, defendant PO Santos and others stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff without legal justification or excuse. The defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. The search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs or contraband. Despite the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing by the plaintiff, the defendants formally arrested the plaintiff and transported him to the precinct.
