On June 7, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Police Officer Justin Bauman, Police Officer Edgar Santos, Police Officer Mia Martin, and Sergeant Carlos Herrera, all of the 43rd Precinct, stopped [redacted] vehicle in the vicinity of Fteley Avenue between Gleason Avenue and Watson Avenue in the Bronx (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Within NYPD Guidelines). PO Bauman ordered [redacted] to exit the vehicle and threatened to pull him out if he refused (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, Within NYPD Guidelines). PO Bauman allegedly pulled [redacted] arm (Allegation C: Force, Unfounded). Sgt.
