Description: On October 4, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully inside of his apartment at 1731 Van Buren Street, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or reasonable justification, kicked down plaintiff's door and yelled, cursed, and threatened plaintiff, causing plaintiff to fear for his personal safety. Plaintiff fell when he ran away in fear, causing serious injuries. Plaintiff was then arrested. Following the illegal entry, plaintiff's mother contacted CCRB complaining about the unlawful entry.
