Description: On or about November 14, 2013, Plaintiff was brutally assaulted whilst handcuffed to the ground by Defendant NYPD PO Garguilo and PO McCormack. Plaintiff was charged with multiple counts of grand larceny, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property even though the police officers knew that such charges were false. To cover up the acts of brutality, the Defendants caused a criminal action to be commenced against Plaintiff. On or about November 25, 2013, the case against Plaintiff was dismissed.
