Description: On or about September 22, 2016, in the County of New York, Plaintiff Ferguson was wrongfully arrested by Defendant Detective Sid Cesar of the Narcotic Borough Manhattan North. Cesar wrongfully and falsely accused Plaintiff of the crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Cesar and the NYPD wrongfully caused Plaintiff to be maliciously prosecuted with no probable cause whatsoever. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed on or about December 13, 2018.
