Description: On July 3, 2020, Plaintiff RYAN MINETT was volunteering as a Legal Observer (“LO”) for the National Lawyers Guild – NYC Chapter (“NLG-NYC”) at an “Occupy City Hall” demonstration around the City Hall Park. Plaintiff was wearing a hat and a badge clearly identifying him as NLG-NYC LO.
