On March 25, 2018, at approximately 9:49 p.m., in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn, Sergeant William Mansour, Police Officer Christopher Emmart, Police Officer John Restaino, Police Officer Alexander Budd, Police Officer Ryan Kelly, Police Officer Jeffrey Chin, and Police Officer Thomas Coleman, all of the 83rd Precinct, responded to a 911 call regarding firearms.
Sgt. Mansour and PO Emmart searched the vehicle in which [redacted] was an occupant (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] ), and PO Restaino and PO Budd searched the vehicle in which [redacted] was an occupant (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] ).
