Description: On November 30, 2012 Plaintiff was in front of a premises when he was approached by POs Joseph Rivera and Mark Tufano, who stopped and questioned him. Plaintiff raised his hand in an attempt to retrieve his identification at which point POs attacked ad threw Plaintiff to the ground. POs continued to punch and kick Plaintiff for approximately 4 - 5 minutes. By the end of the unjustified attack Plaintiff's eyes were swollen shut, he had scrapes on his face and knees, and had back pain due to POs' actions.
