Summary

On May 23, 2014, at approximately 5:45 a.m., Cpt. Brian Sayre, Sgt. Sean Lynskey, PO Thomas Williams, Det. John Matthews, Det. Dunia Palacios, Det. Timothy Donohue, Det. Erin Barnes, Det. David Kantor, Det. Brian Brannigan, Det. Julio Lasalle, Det. Fernando Espindola and Det. Mark Tufano from Manhattan Gang Squad, executed a valid search warrant inside [redacted], in Manhattan. (Allegation A). The officers breached the entrance door to the apartment, which was occupied by [redacted] and [redacted] and had their guns pointed. Det. Tufano allegedly told [redacted] to "turn the fuck around" when he entered her bedroom. (Allegation B). Det.
