Description: On February 23, 2016, defendant POs, without a warrant or probable cause, forcibly entered and searched plaintiff's residence and arrested and searched him. Subsequently, defendant POs knowingly made false and incomplete statements of fact to the District Attorney causing the plaintiff to be charged with various crimes that the defendant POs knew he didn't commit. All charges against charges the plaintiff were later dismissed.

Description: On or about July 11, 2012, at approximately 1:50 p.m. plaintiff was walking down East 127th Street when he was approached by a plain-clothed police officer, thrown against a wall, handcuffed and searched without probable cause. After being taken to the police precinct, a strip search revealed two bags of narcotics. Plaintiff was held on Rikers Island for 18 months with a bail he was unable to meet. At trial for the drug offense, plaintiff was confronted by a judge who vowed to impose the maximum sentence permissible by law if plaintiff did not accept a plea deal of six years. Description: Defendant Officers, including Defendant Detective Lopez, knocked on Plaintiff's door on 1/15 asking if Plaintiff called the police in need of help and Plaintiff denied doing so. A few days later, Plaintiff was startled awake by plainclothes Defendant Detectives. Defendant Detective placed a few small baggies of crack cocaine on Plaintiff's dresser and asked if drugs belonged to Plaintiff.
