Defendants did not have arrest warrants for Plaintiff. Nothing illegal was found on Plaintiff. Plaintiff was caused to suffer physical injuries as a result of Defendants using intentional and unnecessary force. Plaintiff was unlawfully detained until September 29, 2018.
