Description: On July 22, 2015, at 6:10 AM inside 150 Corbin Place Apt. 1P in Brooklyn, Plaintiff Maria Falchetti was asleep in her living room when Defendant Captain Jean-Marie Finnerty broke down her front door using a no knock warrant, carrying machine guns.
