Description: On April 4, 2022, Plaintiff DARWIN RAMIREZ was inside of 120 Schermerhorn St., Brooklyn, NY 1120 (court building), in custody, awaiting arraignment on a non-bail eligible offense. Defendants isolated Plaintiff causing Plaintiff to become alarmed and concerned for his safety. Defendant Officers, including Defendants SERGIO GARCIACASTILLO; DENNIS TEJADA; JOHN DOE ONE to THREE while acting in concert, without adequate cause assaulted Plaintiff. During the assault, Defendants, among other things, approached Plaintiff, began pushing, shoving, and punching Plaintiff on his face and body.
