Description: On March 25, 2019, the plaintiff was present at 345 Adams St. for a periodic check-in with the department of probation. He was aggressively approached by defendants CROWLEY, GONZALEZ, and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10 who grabbed his arms and applied metal handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. they then removed the plaintiff to an NYPD precinct despite not observing any crime committed by Plaintiff or having any probable cause to arrest him.
