Description: An unmarked police car pulled over a car in which was a passenger. Defendant Officers searched the occupants and found a gun on a separate passenger in the car. All the occupants of the car, including Plaintiff, were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second and Third Degrees, which were later dismissed.
