Complaint
Description: On March 9, 2019, Plaintiff was sleeping in his apartment when Defendant P.O. John Doe, Tax Reg #957237 and P.O.s John Does unlawfully entered his apartment, handcuffed, and arrested him. At no point had plaintiff engaged in any illegal or unlawful behavior. At no time did Plaintiff possess marijuana. Plaintiff was transported to the 75th precinct, where he was subjected to a search and nothing illegal was recovered. After being held in the precinct for several hours, he was released and given a summons to appear in Kings County Criminal Court on May 29, 2019. Plaintiff appeared in court on that day and the summons was dismissed.
