Description: On April 20, 2020, POs Kevin Goldrick, Rochelle Fleary and John/Jane Does 1-10 unlawfully forced entry into Plaintiff's apartment, striking him in the process, after Plaintiff had a verbal dispute with a neighbor. POs illegally searched Plaintiff's apartment and his person, unlawfully seizing his property. Plaintiff was slammed to the ground and his shoulder was violently wrenched causing injury. Excessive force was used to handcuff Plaintiff causing him substantial pain and injury. POs then fabricated allegations against Plaintiff; the charges were eventually dismissed. Plainitff was unlawfully targeted due to his status as a Latino or Hispanic male.
