Description: On May 21, 2020, while lawfully within the T-Mobile Store located at 456 Fulton Street in Kings, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully searched, seized, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by the defendants, including Robert and John Does 1-10, in an excessive manner without legal justification. Prior to the arrest, the plaintiff waited in line to enter the T-Mobile store, following all COVID-19 protocols and procedures. Shortly after, Jane Doe, a store employee, called patrons who stood behind the plaintiff to enter the store and refused the plaintiff entry, making anti-Semitic comments.
