Description: On June 3, 2020 4 Plaintiffs: Edo, Luke, Michael, and Tim were protesting at Cadman Plaza. There was a peaceful protest until, at 9pm, officers charged at protesters. The protestors were not violent or threatening violence. All plaintiffs were beat during these protests although they were unarmed and engaging in peaceful, non violent protest. There was no warning and Plaintiffs were cooperating with NYPD directions to leave the area during these events. No plaintiff was arrested, resisted arrest, nor charged.
