Summary

On May 29, 2020, at about 7:20 p.m., [redacted] attended a Black Lives Matter protest in front of the Barclays Center, located at 620 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. PO Jason Goodman of the 78th Precinct allegedly threatened [redacted] with the use of force and spoke discourteously to him by saying, "I'm going to get you, motherfucker" (Allegations A-B, Abuse of Authority/Discourtesy, [redacted]).
