Description: On November 9, 2021, Djibril Sow and Mohammed Kamara (Plaintiffs) were on their way to KAMARA’s home, having visited a local grocery store when they were illegally stopped, handcuffed and arrested by defendants. Plaintiff were then taken to 46th Precinct. While in there, each of the Plaintiffs were subjected to a search and that nothing of an illegal or unlawful nature was recovered. They were then transported to Central Booking where they were forced to remain inside of a holding cell with numerous other people.
