Summary

On May 28, 2020, at approximately 4:20 p.m., [redacted], was arrested for the sale of marijuana near [redacted] s boyfriend, [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] was on the sidewalk, by the passenger side of her vehicle. Police Officer Fausto Ramirez, Police Officer Ramon Garcia, Police Officer Thomas Accomando, Police Officer Luis Candelaria, and Lieutenant Jeffrey Balzotti, all of the 46th Precinct, were also on scene. PO Ramirez and PO Garcia mentioned to each other-within earshot of [redacted] and directly to [redacted] that they were going to take her vehicle back to 46th Precinct stationhouse (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority-Threat to seize property, [redacted] disputed the seizure of the vehicle. PO Ramirez repeatedly told [redacted] to step back as she continuously attempted to approach the vehicle. [redacted] did not comply with PO Ramirez's commands.
