Description: On January 25, 2014 at approximately 4:25 PM, Plaintiff was getting onto the train when an unknown passenger blocked Plaintiff from getting on the train. Plaintiff and this unknown passenger cursed at each other. The unknown passenger, who turned out to be a police officer, grabbed Plaintiff, dragged him off the train and threw him on the floor and handcuffed him. Plaintiff was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 26.5 hours and strip searched. Due to this arrest and subsequent court appearances, Plaintiff lost his job. Plaintiff received an "adjournment in contemplation of dismissal" on March 16, 2014.
