Description: On April 26, 2019, while driving in his vehicle the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by certain unidentified PO without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendant was stopped on the false allegation that his number plate was faulty, pursuant to which the plaintiff was allowed to take a picture of the number plate to show that the allegation was false. The defendants then falsely accused the plaintiff of having a blade on him (which was on him due to his profession as a workman) and illegally searched the plaintiff.
