On April 5, 2018 at approximately 12:04 p.m., after pulling over a vehicle driven by [redacted] and carrying [redacted], Police Officer Anthony Alvino of the 42nd Precinct removed [redacted] from the vehicle and frisked him (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sergeant Danny Aguilar, PO David Davila, and PO Dennis Vargas, also of the 42nd Precinct, arrived on the scene. Under the supervision of Sgt.
