Complaint
Description: Plaintiff and friends were approached by Defendant Officers, who asked for identification of the group and accused them of urinating in the street. After denying these allegations, Defendant Officer grabbed Plaintiff's arms and shoved him into a car, causing him to fall unconscious. After regaining consciousness Plaintiff was violently handcuffed and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital to get a CAT scan, before being taken to 114th precinct and charged with public urination and resisting arrest.
